Schmegg and Heather,
Im such a sucker for challenges like this! Love what you two are doing. I have a suggestion for a good easy challenge. One Sign your self up to Volunteer every saturday for a month. And when you Volunteer do something that you are passionate about. For instance i have a group of 4 good girl friends and each month one of us organized a volunteer effort. The teacher requested we do something involving children.. The humanitarian had us cleaning up a grave site. The dog lover wanted to go to the hunmane society. And my self, who loves the elderly, did a spa day at an assisted living home. After we were all done with this, it made each us feel as though we had made a difference in someone elses life and it was so rewarding. Often times when people try to make changes, they focus on themselves. And in my experience of making changes the most rewarding one was a change i made for someonelse. So i think your next challenge should be to give back. 4 saturdays out of your life, to make a difference in someone elses. It might not help you shed the pounds or get those brain juices flowing. But i can promise you will learn from those you help.
lots of love,
Amanda
P.S im the worlds worst speller. I'll gladly except megan to tutor me one saturday!
